This is the best emergency kit I have ever owned. I can jumpstart my car with the battery pack. No need to wait for another car to give me a jump. Also this charges your laptop , cellphone, or tablet. The user manual was vey easy to read and understand. Instructions indicate 3 cautions that must me be followed which are the following: Do not use it to start vehicle if the number of battery indicators are less than 3 to protect it from damage. Do not reverse the operation sequence of the jump starter. Remove the product from the vehicle within 30 seconds after the vehicle started, or it may cause security incidents. 
Most important always keep the battery pack charged up in case you run into an emergency you'll have  enough juice in your battery pack .  This whole kit came in its own zippered case.
